Rhythms provide the drive which push our minds to transform what we hear from chaos into something more stable and beautiful. Pushing the boundaries of music and the mind is what zenxienz does best. Brainforest is his musical playground and a map for which provides the path for nothing and silence to give life to an evolving complexity of stimulating sounds. Favorite track: Missing California.

Malika Dahl Just as synapses in the brain form electrical impulses into information, zenxiez forms his impressions into a bundle of notes and melodies. It is chaotic, overwhelming and somehow haunting. But after all: facing your own mind always is! Definitely not music for everyone but if you are ready to dive into experimental mind music, jump!

Yvonne Glasgow In the vein of bands like Flying Lotus, this band has created an amazing sound with their IDM music. It's mystical and magical. You will be enthralled by the sounds, all the bells and whistles. At times it feels as though you're listening to music from a far off land, maybe even from a far off time. This is my new favorite album for yoga, and life. Favorite track: Insignia.

DivineBullet I think that his music is magical really transports you to a state of peace, has an incredible atmosphere and makes you travel to another world, I think it is more artists like zenxienz in the musical scene of the electronic and experimental. Widely recommended! Favorite track: In Descent.

Raven King's eponymous effort kicks off with a Nirvana influenced 'Carnival'. If you keep listening, you'll find that's just one of the many grunge influences that has been expertly woven into this album. The vocal quality is a little muddy in some songs, but perhaps that's what was intended. Drifting has the best production on the album and is easily a favorite. dominicwilliams86
